Second Eurasia Regional Scout Conference. 19-20 September 2004, Baku, Azerbaijan.
Forth International Scout Leaders Training Course Excelscout 04 was held from 29 April to 5 May 2003 at the Eurasia Regional Scout center Krasnokamenka, Ukraine. 21 scouts between 18 and 21 years old from 7 NSOs of the Eurasia Region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine and Tajikistan) successfully completed a five days training course dealing with the following specific goals:
First Eurasia Regional Scout Conference. 9-12 May 2001, Minsk, Belarus.
International Scout Leaders Training Course - Excelscout 01. 30 September - 5 October 2001, Geneva, Switzerland
Second International Scout Leaders Training Course – Excelscout 00, "Responsible citizenship and Scouting" was conducted 17-22 September 2000 at the Eurasia Regional Scout center Krasnokamenka, Ukraine. 46 boys and girls between 16 and 18 years old from 10 countries - 8 NSOs of the Eurasia Region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine and Tajikistan), Uzbekistan and NSO of Poland, European Region participated in the event.
First International Scout Leaders Training Course - Excelscout 99 was conducted 5-11 September 1999 at the Eurasia Regional Scout center Krasnokamenka, Ukraine. 41 boys and girls between 16 and 18 years old from 8 NSOs of the Eurasia Region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine and Tajikistan), participated to the event.
