Africa Regional Office concludes staff management conference

NAIROBI – Hot on the heels of the 13th World Scout Moot, the Africa Regional Office held a staff management conference from Monday 9th to Friday 13th August 2010. The week-long meeting was held at the Regional Office in Nairobi.

Some of the issues tackled include: an evaluation of the operations for 2009-2010, an assessment of staff performance, the role of volunteers in the region, review of the programme for 2010-2011, how to improve communication with NSOs, etc.
