The World Scouting Brands & Its Trademarks are registered trademarks and their use is subject to authorisation. You will find here documents explaining the conditions of use and commercialisation as well as a detailed list of resolutions, decisions and circulars related to the World Scout Emblem and the World Scouting Brand Logo. Please bear in mind that these rules apply to member associations and their partners.
Third parties (individuals or companies) wishing to use the trademarks must contact and explain the desired use in detail.

This form is to be used to request the authorisation to use the World Scouting Trademarks, and in particular, for the National Scout Organisations (NSOs) and National Scout Associations (NSAs) to request one of the Identification systems or commercial use of the World Scouting Brand & Its Trademarks.
