Toolkit: Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
In order to keep the strategic planning documents relevant and useful to NSOs, the content and structure of the Strategic Planning Toolkit: 2005 version is being updated. The revised version will be called "Toolkit: Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation" and will be composed of the following modules:
- Module 1: the Strategy for Scouting
- Module 2: Strategic Planning Guidelines
- Module 3: Project Implementation Guidelines
- Module 4: Monitoring and Evaluation
- Module 5: Work aids to plan, monitor and evaluate
The Strategy for Scouting is now available. This module compiles the history of the development of the Strategy for Scouting, outlines the Strategy's concept and contents; it also provides a general overview of the process to measure progress and impact. It lists the global impacts and outcomes that can be achieved and measured at National Scout Organizations (NSO), World Scout Committee (WSC) and World Scout Bureau (WSB) levels.
