They met with scouts, members of the National Executive, trained leaders and held discussions with the Permanent Secretary and Director of Youth in the Ministry of Development Youth and Sport. The visit included an audience with Her Excellency the Governor General and Chief Scout. The discussions with all parties were wide in scope and included the seizure of the Scout Headquarters Building by the Government. The Scout Headquarters is being used as a Police Station but without any compensation to or alternative accommodation for the St. Lucia Scout Association. It also was held the first of a series of training sessions that will cover the content of the theory for the Advanced Practical Wood Badge Course.
